This was an easy buy with no issues at all. The shipping wasn’t too pricey or too cheap, just like the stuff I picked up. I’d say it’s a hassle-free purchase, definitely recommend it.

Fantastic service! I live in Northumberland and placed my order for boots late Thursday afternoon. To my surprise, they arrived at 10am the next day! I got updates all along the way, so I knew exactly where my package was. Plus, there was a sweet thank you card for picking North Shoes. I’ll surely be back for more, and I absolutely love my boots! x

The customer service here is just fantastic. They shipped my replacement shoes to my place super fast. I can't say enough good things about North Shoes; the folks at the Bourne store are really helpful.

This place is fantastic...ordered some shoes to ship to Australia and they showed up in just 4 days, even during covid. You legends! The packaging was spot on, and the communication was top-notch. I’ll definitely be back every time.

I placed an order for some Paul Green hi top trainers on Monday morning. To my surprise, they showed up the very next day! It's been ages since I've experienced such speedy and top-notch service. I'm super happy with how everything went and absolutely adore my new trainers.

I tried calling their 0845 number listed on their site all day, but I just kept getting sent to voicemail. I shot an email to sales, but no one replied. Eventually, I got through to someone by calling one of their stores, and by chance, the owner answered. I figured he’d want to know about this issue since it’s clearly impacting his customers (and his business too), so I shared my tough experience as a customer. But guess what? He didn’t seem to care at all, even saying, 'you can’t expect us to respond right away.' Well, you clearly don’t value my time or my cash.

I mean, what more can I add? I ordered some sandals and, believe it or not, within half an hour, I got an email saying they were on their way - talk about service! It’s been a joy working with them, and I’d definitely recommend it. Plus, their prices are fantastic, and the communication is top-notch.

I bought a pair of sandals that showed up pretty fast and were reasonably priced. Sadly, they didn’t fit well, so I had to send them back. They got returned on a Friday, but by the next Thursday, I still hadn’t seen my money back. So, I decided to give them a call, and that’s where it got frustrating. They promote an 0845 number that charges you to call, and I stumbled upon another number through PayPal, but it didn’t connect me to the right person. Once again, I was given the 0845 number, and I had to specifically ask for the 01 number, which was easy to find. I really don’t think it’s fair to have to pay just to voice a complaint to any business. On the bright side, my refund was processed pretty quickly.

I had a really bad time with a purchase I now wish I hadn’t made on a well-known auction site. I bought some boots for £125, and when they didn’t show up on time, I reached out to the courier using the tracking number they gave me. To my surprise, I found out that the coverage for lost items was only up to £50. I then messaged North Shoes through the auction site, and the guy I dealt with was super argumentative and didn’t seem to get how serious my problem was. After exchanging several messages that turned into a back-and-forth, I decided to stop replying because it felt like we were just going in circles and getting nowhere. Based on my experience, I definitely won’t be buying from them again or risking my cash. I was really unhappy with how the shipping was handled and the way they responded to my concerns, especially after I followed their instructions to reach out if there was an issue.

I came across North Shoes while hunting for some clearance PG trainers and was thrilled to discover a pair that fit me, plus they were at half the price!

The dispatch was super fast, delivery was on the house, and the trainers are fantastic. Overall, top-notch service.

I’d definitely suggest this company to others.
